The 'Mind Game' Program

At least 50% of performance involves the mind and therefore it is important to not only train physically but also mentally. The 'Mind Game' Program involves modules to assist your team improve their 'mind game' and their team cohesion.

Modules include:

  • team assessment
  • team goal setting
  • performing with confidence, and
  • strategies for peak performance.
